Sazón is one of my very favorite restaurants in Santa Fe. I don’t go there nearly as often as I should. It is a beautiful restaurant with a large mural on one wall. In the winter time the kiva fireplace is a welcome addition to your dining experience.
We always go to Sazón during Santa Fe Restaurant Week. This year was no different than past years. We are always impressed with the menu. Chef Fernando Olea makes incredible mole. He has an incredible assortment of moles. I have never been to Mexico but I am sure that his food transports me there with every meal I have. I just wanted to show how interesting and exciting his food creations are:
