We bought a voucher through Expedia for a wine and cheese tasting at the Old Amsterdam Cheese Company in Amsterdam on Damrak. We had five samples of cheese that were perfectly paired with three different wines. Our guide was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about cheese and the history of The Old Amsterdam Cheese Company. It made for a fun experience. I especially liked the aged Gouda and red chili cheese. We even bought a bottle of white wine to round out the wine and cheese experience.
