I enjoy this restaurant so much that every time I fly through Denver I try to stop here. We got there at just the right time because there was a very long line when we finished our lunch.
Mesa Verde has several local Colorado beers on tap. I had a Colorado Gold (7.50) which hit the spot with the cheese enchiladas. There was some queso on top of three enchiladas with a little pico de gallo which gave the enchiladas a good kick. I didn’t need to use any hot sauce. To complete this meal, there was a good size serving of black beans and rice. (10.99) My better half had a veggie burrito, that looked amazing. It was a good size flour tortilla with portobello mushrooms, black beans with some salsa fresca.(10.75)
