Since the rest of my family members are not vegetarian, we went to a carnivore’s delight of a restaurant, the Weber Grill. But I didn’t have to eat just a salad. I had the special, Butternut squash pizza flatbread appetizer. The pizza was individual size at 10 inches. It had a generous amount of butternut squash, onion, sliced cheese with some wonderful barbecue sauce dribbled across the top of the pizza. This was truly a wonderful surprise.

It was a delightful surprise to find something that original and delicious in a place where I definitely thought I would be having a large salad.
