I’m not sure Jimmy D’s is open???
We went to Jimmy D’s to celebrate a friend’s birthday! Jimmy D’s is a beautiful redesign of the Santa Fe Bite Restaurant.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. We all opted for the portobello mushroom burger (12) with various sides. The portobello burger doesn’t come on a roll. It has two portobello mushroom caps as a top and bottom instead of a bun or roll. There was lots of lettuce, a tomato, a large avocado slice, and some very tasty balsamic vinegar sauce.
Our sides included a salad, waffle fries and curly fries.

We checked out the very friendly looking bar. It was very clean and light. I like that in a bar. Even though we were there early there were several patrons there.
There is also a lovely patio for outside dining.
